SHIPPING POLICY
At warmingstone, we want to ensure your shopping experience is as convenient and enjoyable as possible.

SHIPPING METHODS
We mainly ship to United Kingdom Mainland and Italy. For other Countries please send us an email we will arrange - where possible - a special delivery for you.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
Most of our orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please allow a few additional days for shipping, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. We usually deliver within 5 and 12 days.

DELIVERY DESTINATIONS
We currently ship only to Mainland UK and Italy.

CUSTOM CHARGES
Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs charges or fees that may occur upon delivery for international orders. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

SHIPPING FEE
Our Standard shipping fee will be displayed during the checkout process. Keep an eye out for special promotions and offers, as we may occasionally provide free shipping for qualifying orders.
